The Legend of Neil comedy series creators
TONY JANNING / Writer, Neil/Link

Originally from Cincinnati, Tony spent almost 5 years in Chicago doing a variety of short films, improv, sketch, and stage shows around town, most notably with pH Productions. He performed in The Chicago Sketchfest and Chicago Improv Festival for three years, as well as the Del Close Marathon in New York City.Tony's two-man improvisational show, !Attencion!, was a main stay in Chicago, and has been in the Toronto Improv Festival 5 years in a row . Since moving to Los Angeles, Tony has appeared in a commercial and done a variety of improv comedy and stage shows. He has been in a handful of Channel101.com shows and co-wrote and starred in 'Raptor', which was his first collaboration with 'LON' creator/director Sandeep Parikh. Tony continues to write and look for work, especially roles where he can actually wear pants.
SANDEEP PARIKH / Creator, Writer, Director, Sometimes Editor, Human

Sandeep is primarily a writer/ director who only acts in hit web series like The Guild (as the lovable stalker Zaboo) when he doesn't have to audition. Sandeep created Effinfunny.com a stand up comedy video site that profiles top comedians (many of which have ended up in Neil). He plays guitar, is an improvisor, and used to be a gymnast, so needless to say his resume looks like his computer just threw up random phrases on a word doc. Directing the Legend of Neil for Atom.com & Comedy Central was a dream come true. Sandeep is trying to think of new credits to add since last year but has realized that all he's done is a second season of Neil and a 3rd season of the guild, oh and a project for Machinima.com, that's new, jeez, get off his back. http://www.imdb.com/name/nm2321339/

Kyle Kinane has been performing stand-up comedy for ten years.  He has performed in the Chicago, Vancouver, Washington DC, Portland, and the HBO-Aspen comedy festivals.  He was called “bleak and misanthropic” by the London Evening Standard, which he still feels may be a compliment.
ROVON PIPPEN / Tough Elf

Mr. Pippen was raised by strict irish catholic drug dealers, but wasn't enticed by the lifestyle.  He decided acting ice sculpting was his true calling.  Ten years later he was a very skilled improviser from the Chicago School of Hard Knox.  California was next for dabble-age and adventure.  LON drew Pip's attention because of its comical ears.  Who knows what's next?  I do... Funions.
BRENDAN BRADLEY / Male Fairy

Originally from North Carolina, Brendan studied at New York University's Tisch School and The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London and quickly became a fixture in New York's independent theater world. Much of his work these days has been in films, including The Last Harbor, Redwoods, the award-winning Love Conquers Paul, Friends With Benefits, Weak Species, and September 12th, which garnered him the Methodfest 2009 Best Actor Award in a short. His first play, Jettison, was recently published and will be staged at Miami's City Theater this summer.
MATT KNUDSEN / Samalone (Moblin)

Matt Knudsen was never really the class clown. He made his jokes to the kids in the back row. After finishing school and life at sea as a merchant marine, Matt began performing stand-up, improv and sketch comedy. This led to work in television and film including memorable guest spots on “Big Love,” “Boston Legal,” and “Malcolm in the Middle.” He's performed stand up on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson and at the prestigious Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal. He loves Bill Cosby, Jerry Seinfeld and Steve Martin. Tell your friends about Matt Knudsen.
MICAH PHILBROOK / Quiff

He has trained at many institutions in the Windy City, worked at a few, and even went on a cruise ship for a while. He does a whole hell of a lot, but currently, he performs with pH Productions and teaches at the Second City. Google him, he's everywhere. pH Productions: www.whatisph.com

DAVID MATTEY / Giant Moblin

David “Big Dave” Mattey is an actor/stuntman/creature who has been seen on stage and both small and silver screens, including Jimmy Kimmel Live, Reno 911!, Supernatural, Numb3rs, According to Jim, iCarly, Angel, Charmed, and Star Trek: Enterprise. His ever-growing list of film roles include Get Smart, Strange Wilderness, and upcoming in The Spy Next Door and The Steamroom. He has been performing professionally for 12 years, and has trained with the Royal Shakespeare Company, Second City/Burn Manhattan, and The Groundlings. In spite of all that, he is still best known as the guy who gets a head shoved up his ass by Will Smith in Hancock. www.DavidMattey.com

LEAH MANN / Producer, Production Designer

Leah is a production designer, graphic designer, writer, and producer. She loves making stuff and couldn't believe how lucky she was to work on "The Legend of Neil" which allowed her to make a gross moblin drinks, a raft, delicious heart cookies and a dragon. She's also made stuff for "Dr. Horrible's Sing-A-Long Blog," "The Guild," and many Effinfunny.com shorts. She's now taking a break from making stuff to write stuff. It involves less glue gun burns and more procrastination.
BRY THOMAS SANDERS / Director of Photography

Bry lives in Los Angeles where he directs and shoots movies, television, commercials and internet production. His credits include numerous reality TV shows (The Biggest Loser, Next Great Champ), various independent features (Four Eyed Monsters, Uncross the Stars) and an increasing number of internet productions (Biggest Loser's Pound for Pound Challenge, Goodnight Burbank, Chef to the Rescue). Bry was nominated for various cinematography and HD videography awards and hold his MFA from USC. ROBERT HARRINGTON / Composer (Ep. 201 & 203)

Music composer for Legend of Neil, and is a drummer in his free time for the band "TOY MONSTERS." Has been mistakenly identified by strangers before for his remarkable resemblance to Bill Cosby. Likes Superman flavored ice cream. Also poses with cardboard Stephen Colbert on occasion.
NIGEL CORDEIRO / Musical Composer (Ep. 203)

Nigel Cordeiro spent his early EffinFunny career holding spotlights and bartending during shows.  Writing the songs and score for Neil validated his pre-pubescent years listing to Les Mis & Phantom records.   He’s now at Wharton, trying to figure out how we can all get paid for this stuff.
ELON ARBITURE / Composer (Ep. 202, 204 – 207)

Elon Arbiture is an industrious composer who recently moved to Los Angeles from Chicago to begin a career scoring films.  Having had Zelda as a formative musical influence he considers the job of scoring this season of The Legend of Neil to be the first of [hopefully] many dreams to come true!

JENNY GREEN / Costume Designer

Jenny started out designing for theatre but ultimately wanted to work in film/television and of course webisodes!  She moved to Los Angeles from Missouri (not Missoura) to pursue her dream.  Several independent films she worked on are currently touring the festival circuit.  She was so excited to work on Season 2 and bring the video game characters to life.  Thinking back, some of the most memorable times were making Tony wear tights, pinning on the Octorok’s loin cloth and of course doing what she does best, making a male fairy.
JENN ROSE / Hair & Make-up

Jenn Rose is a Southern California based make- up fx artist. When not making monsters, she also dabbles in fine art, photography, and adventure! She's obsessed with snakes, dresses like an explorer, and really wishes dinosaurs weren't extinct! Find her @ www.jennrose.com
JEFF WINKLER / Unit Production Manager

Jeff Winkler began his career on the east coast working for several commercial production companies.  He soon migrated to advertising and as an agency producer, produced several award-winning Television and Radio commercials.
