Matt Braunger was born just outside of Chicago, and kept, by his parents John and Jane. An actor since childhood, Matt studied theatre in New York and improvisation in Chicago under such luminaries as Susan Messing and Del Close. He was a founding member of the seminal improv group The Seaning. It was in Chicago that Matt became a full-fledged stand-up comedian as well, performing in both the 2001 and 2002 Chicago Comedy Festivals. Since moving to Los Angeles in 2003, Matt has been in several acclaimed plays and sketch shows. He has played every major comedy stage in town, from The Improv to Comedy Death Ray and beyond. You might have also caught him in one of his several commercials and or TV appearances. Matt thanks you for reading this whole paragraph.

Braunger, a veteran of my favorite sketch comedy site, Channel 101, shows off his standup skills. Fastpaced and full of exuberant joy, Braunger's energy is more contagious then avian flu but only slightly funnier.
