i was just wondering how you guys structure the series? do you do mock up story boards accompanied with the script or do you just write the script and go then to shooting the show? either way have you guys asked for any input from fans? not in the sense of what they'd like to see in the show, but like maybe give the brief idea of the episode and let the fans throw some ideas at you. you might get some humm dingers. just a thought. might of been said before, its 4.00am so i aint searching the forums a similar topic :) tired!!

I loved the first episode much good luck

I'm the producer and production designer so I help with pretty much everything. Season 2 episode 1 should be premiering at Comic-Con in July if all goes as planned.
I can't wait for season 2! Any idea when the first episode will be up?
sounds awesome, what role do you play in this whole thing funnygirl? do you help with shooting scenes and stuff?
we're almost done filming season 2! everything has been going fine and dandy so far. then it will be several months of post production (editing, fx, music etc...) but we're working away, worry not.
hope things are going good with the new series. keep us updated guys :)
that was a nicely answered question, thank you kind sir. its awesome to get a reply for the man..the myth..the....legend. no pun intended. i like the whole "just wing it" style of comedy, structured stuff just gets boring after a while. and the like you said not sticking to the games history word for word will not only make it more interesting but allows you to basically grab any characters or scenarios from any of the titles really. hope the second series is going well. and im glad your tired!! just means your working hard, keeps it up!!
well... i'm exhausted from a long day of shooting but i'm going to try and answer these questions. warning: i may ramble... check that i WILL ramble. look i'm already rambling. anyway, tony and i write the series, then usually i shotlist, and then we shoot. that was season 1. season 2 we've done things a little differently. we've had some help with storyboards from our friend and fan zack finfrock (man, i hope i spelled his name right). we don't storyboard every scene, mostly just the ones that are the most complicated. this season there's a LOT more complications. without going into specifics, the action in general is more complicated. more characters, extras, etc. re: fan input. sure we welcome it on the boards. i think we had some thread about creatures you want to see in season two. and we do take it into consideration, but ultimately we're going off our own instincts. and we don't actually spend a lot of time playing the game and poring over every detail. i want to make sure the show is accessible to those that aren't super hardcore gamers, and to those folks like me that remember playing the original as a child and how it zapped you into this world. i don't really want to worry about every last detail about the game, ultimately we're creating a story, about neil, and his journey through this game. i guarantee you, that you will be able to pick apart the show and find places where it doesn't perfectly fit with the game logic, and much of it we did on purpose because we can only do so much in the episodes we have alloted. some of it, i'm sure will be accidental, and that's part of the fun too. wow, this is one hell of a ramble... what was the question? need sleep.
