The original TLOZ theme is still stuck in my head. Too many days spent blowing into the cartridge and nes only to hear that song welcome me back into the fray. Along with the metroid theme and FF3...OG Zelda for me!
i have to go with "left up right, left up right" but then "A down up, A down up" was pretty mind numbin--I mean killer.
I think I really enjoyed the Song of Time or whatever it was called. It set the epic feel for me. I always have to walk to pick up the Master Sword after playing that tune...and then Majora's Mask butchered it to me. No need to play it all those different ways.

For me, I'd have to say that it's LA's "Ballad of the Wind Fish." Beautiful song, and one that deserves a better reference than it got in Majora.

I think it's almost unanimously "The Song of Storms" Just so catchy and epic, I learned it on the piano so I could hear it anytime! Just thinking about the old man with his record box dancin' in the mill to it is totally awesome. :D
Although I love all the music from OoT, I go nuts over LttP. Dark World music and Kakariko village...mmmmm gimme some.
I would have to say that the one that got stuck in my mind and repeated the most was the Song of Storms from OOT. Very catchy, though like most midi quality stuff you can only sing it to yourself by going, "Da da da dadadum, da da da dadadum..." =P Very close second would be the song that plays in the Temple of Time, with the midi chanting. And finally, the classic, overworld theme from most of the games.
I have to say that I agree with Fighteroffoo. Song of Storms is my favorite song of the entire Zelda series.

i like the entire score to ocarina of time. there's a remix of temple of time koji kondo did that is awesome and someone random did a remix on the song of storms thats awesome too.
